CHICAGO — A man is suing Ballard Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent his relative's injuries.
Eddie D. Edwards Jr., independent administrator of the estate of Beverly L. Edwards, filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Beverly L. Edwards fell and was injured because the defendant allegedly failed to provide her with proper assistance and supervision.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for damages in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by J. Matthew Dudley and Joseph M. Lloyd of Dudley & Lake LLC in Chicago.
