CHICAGO — A worker is suing James McHugh Construction Co. for alleged liability and negligence.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Mark G. Adler of Adler & Adler P.C. in Chicago.
