CHICAGO — A woman is suing Palos Community Hospital, Dr. Roger Lee and Palos Anesthesia Associates S.C. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Lora Manske, independent executor of the estate of Joseph Manske III, filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Joseph Manske sustained serious physical injuries in 2014 when he was not intubated, which allegedly caused him to become aspirated.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Bradley Z. Schulman of Motherway & Napleton LLP in Chicago.
