CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing The Butterfield Health Care Group Inc. and Meadowbrook Manor Bolingbrook for alleged negligence.
Stephen Laflame, independent administrator of the estate of Veronica Laflame, filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Laflame suffered a fall in September 2015, which allegedly caused serious physical injuries and contributed to the deterioration of her overall health. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist LaFlame to prevent her from falling.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the limits of this court, plus court costs. He is represented by Matthew M. Gannon of Healy Scanlon in Chicago.
