Symphony South Shore LLC allegedly failed to prevent patient from falling

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Symphony South Shore LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Lillie Williams filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she fell and fractured her left hip while in care at the nursing facility.

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent her from falling.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by David G. Pribyl of Dudley & Lake LLC in Libertyville.
