CHICAGO — A woman is suing Super Low Foods, Gambino's Fresh Market II LLC f/k/a Franx Super Low III LLC, Franx Super Low Inc. and Frank's Fresh Market LLC for alleged negligence.

Stephanie Wajerski filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained injuries  on Oct. 3, 2015, when she allegedly tripped and fell over a pallet extending into the aisle walkway. The plaintiff says the store failed to adequately warn their customers of the alleged hazard.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Brian T. Monico of Burkee Wise Morrissey & Kaveny LLC in Chicago.
