CHICAGO — A woman is suing Glenbridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre Ltd., Dr. Aaron Greenspan, Thorek Memorial Hospital Inc. and Morton Grove Living & Rehab Center LLC for alleged negligence.
Patricia Sander filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she developed pressure ulcers. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent the ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Rebecca E. Neubauer of Romanucci & Blandin LLC in Chicago.
