CHICAGO — A nursing facility is suing Thelma Howe and Katherine Bauer for alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
Aperion Care Plum Grove filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to pay for room, board and supplemental services they allegedly were provided.
The plaintiff seeks damages of approximately $222,290 and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Shomson Moskowitz and Natalie H. Koepke of Fuchs & Roselli Ltd in Chicago.
