CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Henryk J. Roztoczynski and Dr. Bohdan Fedirko for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Jozef Grochal filed a complaint on Oct. 3 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he suffered an infection in his right leg after the defendants allegedly gave him incorrect medicine. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose the bacterial infection on his right leg and provide the necessary treatment.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of no less than $50,000 and any further relief this court grants. He is representing himself.
