CHICAGO — A man is suing Glenshire Nursing and Rehab Centre for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent his relative's injuries.
Reynaldo Escobar, independent administrator of the estate of Lydia Escobar, filed a complaint on Oct. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Lydia Escobar suffered a fall and developed pressure ulcers while in the defendants' care. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide Escobar assistance to prevent her from developing pressure ulcers.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Bryan J. O'Connor of O'Connor Law Group in Chicago.
