CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Anil K. Kesani, Southland Orthopaedics Ltd. and Dr. Dragan Gastevski for alleged negligence.
Kenneth Neal filed a complaint on Oct. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries in October 2012 as the result of an infection that allegedly caused a spinal cord dysfunction, foot drop and subglottic stenosis, which needed further medical treatment. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to diagnose his condition and arrange a consultation to timely treat his condition.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Richard L. Berdelle Jr. P.C. in Burr Ridge.
