CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing The Mosaic of Uptown for alleged negligence.

Lillie White, independent administrator of the estate of Rosie White, filed a complaint on Oct. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Rosie White suffered multiple falls, which allegedly caused physical injuries. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide Rosie White with sufficient assistanc to address her risk of falling.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kelly A. Sabo of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
