CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. William Davenport, Gottleb Memorial Hospital and Loyola University Health System for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Orlando Robinson filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries to his right shoulder.
