CHICAGO — A woman is suing ManorCare Health Services Westmont for alleged negligence.
Anna Brown filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered a fall, which allegedly caused injuries to her ankle and foot. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist her after she pressed the call button in an attempt to use the restroom.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Anthony Cuda of Cuda Law Offices Ltd. in Oak Park.
