CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Ramasamy Kalimuthu and Advocate Christ Hospital and Medical Center for alleged negligence.
Scott Hannan filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he suffered an infection after undergoing a medical procedure. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly performing a negligent medical procedure and for failing to treat an infection that followed the procedure.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Edward G. Proctor Jr. of Munday & Nathan in Chicago.
