CHICAGO — A woman is suing Bolingbrook Hospital, Dr. Mohammed Arain, Dr. Richard Ruff and Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists LLC for alleged negligence.
Melissa Nelson filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered damages to her body and nervous system on Feb. 21. The complaint does not specify the injuries she allegedly endured. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose her condition and admit her.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Edward M. Rubin of Rubin, Machado & Rosenblum Ltd. in Chicago.
