CHICAGO — A woman is suing Lexington Healthcare Center of Streamwood, Royal Management Corporation, Paragon Clinical LLC f/k/a NP Care of Illinois LLC and two nurses for alleged negligence.

Kennia Cooper, independent administrator of the estate of Clytie Cooper, filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Clytie Cooper developed pressure ulcers and an infection while in the defendants' care. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Margaret Battersby Black and Andrew J. Thut of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
