CHICAGO — A man is suing Nazar Kashuba Esq. and Demchenko & Kashuba LLC for alleged legal malpractice.
Andrej Powroznik filed a complaint on Oct. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging his former legal counsel failed to present any expert witnesses on his behalf prior to a Nov. 30, 2013, deadline.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges this cost him more than $50,000. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly acting without his authority to allegedly withdraw a witness.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Herman J. Marino and Danielle K. Kegley of Herman J. Marino Ltd. P.C. in Chicago.
