Lexington of La Grange allegedly failed to prevent patient from falling

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Lexington of La Grange for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Amalia Gasca, by her duly appointed power of attorney Valentino Gasca, filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Amalia Gasca suffered a fall, which allegedly caused physical injuries, including a fractured right femur. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise Gasca to address her risk of falling.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
