Loyola Medicine, doctors allegedly failed to timely identify and treat fractured wrist

CHICAGO — A man is suing Loyola University Health System, Dr. Marko Marbella, Dr. Stephanie Rosania and Dr. Trac Nghiem for alleged negligence.

Aaron Keith filed a complaint on Oct. 23 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to diagnose and treat his medical condition. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly identify the displaced fracture on his wrist and provide the necessary treatment.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by William A. Jaeger P.C. in Chicago.
