CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Michael D. Frumkin, St. Alexius Medical Center, Dr. Soumya Jayasankar and Central DuPage Hospital for alleged negligence.
Daniel Turano filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to diagnose and treat his medical condition, allegedly misdiagnosing his condition as a hematoma instead of an abscess.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount sufficient to compensate him for all his damages and any further relief this court grants.
