CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Northwest United Urology LLC, Northwest Health Care Inc. and Dr. Phuong Huynh for alleged negligence.
Gulay Yorulmazoglu, independent administrator of the estate of Mehmet Aras, filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Aras sustained serious physical injuries that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his overall health, while in the defendants' care.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Patrick A. Salvi II of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in Chicago.
