CHICAGO — A business is suing Rubicon Global LLC for alleged tortious interference and unfair competition.
Allied Waste Transportation Inc., which does business as Republic Services of Chicago, filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant made false and misleading statements in order to induce the plaintiff's customers to transfer their business to them, breaching contracts in the process.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an injunction against the defendant, enjoin the defendant, award damages to the plaintiff, punitive damages, court costs, interest at the maximum rate allowed by law and any further relief this court grants.
