CHICAGO — A man is suing The Estates of Hyde Park for alleged negligence.
Earl Harris filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he developed pressure ulcers while in the defendants' care, because the defendants allegedly failed to provide him with a comprehensive treatment plan.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that will adequately compensate him for his injuries and damages. He is represented by Jonathan W. Young of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
