CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Kevin Walsh and Dupage Medical Group Ltd. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Linda Michalak filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical and permanent injuries as a result of a procedure that was done to repair a right femoral neck fracture. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose her condition and provide the necessary treatment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Stephanie B. Rubin of Rubin, Machado & Rosenblum Ltd. in Chicago.
