CHICAGO — A man is suing Aperion Care Midlothian, Aperion Care Inc., Aperion Consulting LLC, Aperion Financial LLC, 8131 N. Monticello LLC, and two individuals for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
James Thompson filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he developed a skin breakdown on his right foot and left gluteal fold while in the defendants' care.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court and all other relief this court grants. He is represented by Michael Silverman of Horwitz, Horwitz and Associates Ltd. in Chicago.
