CHICAGO — Two estate administrators are suing the city of Chicago and two paramedics for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Linda Moore and Fred Myles, co-administrators of the state of Charlie Myles, filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to properly diagnose and treat Charlie Myles's condition.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Charlie Myles sustained serious physical injuries on July 6, 2012, that resulted in his death. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide proper medical attention to Myles and for allegedly leaving him without providing treatment.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by the Law Offices of Andrew S. Kryder LLC in Chicago.
