CHICAGO — A company is suing Sharon B. Hughes for alleged breach of duty and fraud.
Tab Service Company filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant took control of funds belonging to the plaintiff without consent.
The plaintiff seeks to secure $224,519 allegedly owed to the plaintiff and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Eugene E. Murphy Jr., John N. Hourihane Jr., David F. Hyde and Mariah C. Nix of Murphy & Hourihane LLC in Chicago.
