CHICAGO — A woman is suing Warren Barr North Shore and Warren Barr North Shore LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Arlethia Little filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered a fall that allegedly caused her to sustain physical injuries while in the defendants' care.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Molly L. Condon of Hurley McKenna & Mertz P.C. in Chicago.
