CHICAGO — A man is suing Private Nursing Inc. and Procare Home Health Inc. for alleged breach of contract and tortious interference.

Jonathan Pallin filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants interfered with a stock purchase agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants did not provide information needed to comply with the agreement, causing the buyer to fail to pay 7.5 percent of the gross cash receipts of Private Nursing Inc.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount proven at trial, court costs, punitive damages and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by John W. Moynihan of Cooney, Corso and Moynihan LLC in Downers Grove.
