CHICAGO — A man is suing Dunkin' Donuts of Illinois Inc. and affiliated corporate entities for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Tramell Winchester filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained undisclosed physical injuries when a panel fell and hit him on Jan. 16, 2016, at a Chicago Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in the 6200 block of S.
