Autumn Leaves, others allegedly failed to prevent woman from falling

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Autumn Leaves, the LaSalle Group Inc. and TLG Family Management LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Joan Hackett filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she fell, allegedly causing her to sustain physical injuries, including a left hip fracture. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist her to address her risk of falling.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by the Law Office of Martin L. Glink in Chicago.
