CHICAGO — Allscripts is suing Adcare Health Systems Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to pay them in full despite allegedly agreeing to pay within 30 days.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in the principal amount of $97,412 plus 18 percent interest per annum, the amount of $481 plus 18 percent interest per annum, the amount of $98,312 plus 9 percent interest per annum, the amount of $2,166 plus 18 percent interest per annum, the principal amount of $10,859 plus 18 percent interest per annum, the amount of $97,893 plus 9 percent interest, $109,388 plus 9 percent interest, the amount of $97,893 plus 9 percent interest, the amount of $109,388 plus 9 percent interest and any further relief this court grants.
