CHICAGO — A woman is suing IRC Point at Clark LLC, Tricon Snow Control Inc. and Professional Security Consultants for alleged negligence.
Beth Shandling filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical injuries when she allegedly slipped and fell on ice that had accumulated outside of an elevator. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to remove the ice or adequately warn her about the ice.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Robert I. Briskman of Briskman Briskman & Greenberg in Chicago.
