Zorch International Inc. allegedly failed to properly inform shareholders of merger with Satori Capital

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Zorch International Inc., William Kaczynski, John Kennedy, John Meilner, Matthew Gray and Michael Wolfe for alleged breach of contract and breach of duty.

Nicole Loftus filed a complaint on Jan. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging they did not properly inform common shareholders about a merger of the company with Satori Capital, of Dallas.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages due to not being provided information regarding the proposed merger of the company. 

The plaintiff seeks enjoin the defendants, a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, an order for the defendant to provide all documentation regarding the merger, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented in the action by the firm of SmithAmundsen.
