CHICAGO — A man is suing two others, identified as Michael David and Cameron Malek, for alleged defamation.
Kyle Lane filed a complaint on Jan. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging his reputation was damaged after the defendants allegedly falsely stated on the Red Bar Radio podcast that he had abused women.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for damages of no less than $50,000, punitive damages of no less than $250,000, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Samuel S. Melei of RothMelei in Crystal Lake.
