CHICAGO — A company is suing TSC Respiratory Holdings LLC for alleged breach of contract.
Staffing Network Holdings LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to reimburse it for Mr. Figueroa's workers' compensation claim and failing to provide supervision and adequate job training to employees, including Mr. Figueroa.
The plaintiff seeks reimbursement of all sums paid for Mr. Figueroa's claim, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Mark F. Slavin and Mollie Dajani Perez of Slavin & Slavin LLC in Chicago.
