Alden Princeton Rehab & Health Center allegedly failed to provide proper medical care

CHICAGO — An administrator is suing Alden Princeton Rehab & Health Center for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Angel Brakie as special administrator for James Gardner filed a complaint on Jan. 23 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Gardner sustained physical injuries when he was not given his scheduled medications, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his overall health. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist Gardner to make sure that he took his medications on time.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus court costs. She is represented by Naderh H. Elrabadi in Chicago.
