CHICAGO — A woman is suing Lincolnshire Living & Rehab Center LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Kathleen Carson, independent executor of the estate of Rose Chikos, filed a complaint on Jan. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Chikos sustained a large laceration on her leg, which allegedly became infected and contributed to the deterioration of her overall health.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by David G. Pribyl of Dudley & Lake LLC in Libertyville.
