CHICAGO — A woman is suing Ballard Respiratory & Rehabilitation LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent her relative's injuries.
Etta M. Sanders, independent administrator of the estate of Willie J. Sanders, filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Willie Sanders experienced pain caused by pressure ulcers, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his health.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Timothy P. Rhatigan of Rhatigan Law Offices LLC in Chicago.
