CHICAGO — An investor is suing Everyday Cycles and Motion LLC and two individuals for alleged breach of duty.
Midland IRA Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants acted to make sure it would never recover the amount it had invested in ECM.
The plaintiff alleges the defendants offered to buy its investment for $1.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants and to compel ECM, Durham and Schapiro to purchase its membership interest for $145,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
