CHICAGO — A man is suing Mariottini Inc. and Power Source Electric Inc. for alleged negligence.
Andreas Livieratos filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries on Oct. 13 when he allegedly tripped over an unmarked conduit pipe on a job site. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to warn him or mark the conduit pipe they had installed on the construction site.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court, plus court costs. He is represented by George Argionis of Argionis & Associates LLC in Chicago.
