CHICAGO — An individual is suing Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. for alleged negligence.
Filiberto Juarez filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries on Feb. 19, 2016, when a billboard allegedly fell onto a salvaged automobile, which caused the vehicle to fall on top of him. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to properly secure the billboard.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $30,000, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Anthony J. Peraica & Associates Ltd. in Chicago.
