TJX Companies/Marshalls allegedly failed to prevent woman from slipping and falling

CHICAGO — A woman is suing TJX Companies/Marshalls for alleged negligence.

Rosalinda Cirilo filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical injuries on Jan 25, 2016, when she allegedly slipped and fell on a slippery substance left on the floor. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to remove the slippery substance that had spilled.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Brandon Carson Hall,of Hart David Carson, of Elmhurst.
