CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Symphony Lincoln Park LLC for wrongful death and allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Elaine Kroger, independent administrator of the estate of Irene Shern, filed a complaint on Jan. 30 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Shern experienced pain that allegedly was caused by pressure ulcers, urinary tract infections and dehydration, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her health.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by David G. Pribyl of Dudley & Lake LLC in Libertyville.
