CHICAGO — A company is suing LLC Insurance Agency Incorporated, LLC Insurance Services Inc. and Frank C. Campisano for alleged breach of contract.
Illinois Municipal Services Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to bind an insurance policy on its boat, which was wrecked in an incident on Lake Michigan in 2013.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by DiVicenzo Schoenfield Stein in Chicago.
