CHICAGO — The Salvation Army is suing Olson Signs Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
The Salvation Army filed a complaint on Jan. 30 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to deliver an electronic sign complying with local codes, based on their contractual agreement, and refused the organization's request for a refund of around $44,700.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for monetary damages and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Amy M. Gibson and Benjamin E. Haskin of Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa in Chicago.
