CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Scott Preusen, Northwest Radiology Associates S.C. and Northwest Community Hospital for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Sheila Rose filed a complaint on Feb. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she suffered a perforated bowel in October 2016, which was allegedly left untreated when the defendants allegedly failed to properly interpret her CT scan results.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by John M. Garvin of Dudley & Lake LLC in Chicago.
