CHICAGO — A company is suing Milani Cosmetics Inc. and Jordana Cosmetics Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Berg Marketing Group Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to pay all the amounts due based on their agreement.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Matthew P. Connelly and Brandon A. Carnes of Rock Fusco & Connelly LLC in Chicago.
