CHICAGO — A man is suing Continental NSG & Rehab Ctr. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Patrick Landrigan filed a complaint on Feb. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he fell and broke his right hip, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his health. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise him to address his risk of falling.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 and court costs. He is represented by Matthew K. Henry of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
